  Beyond disappointed with our boat purchasing experience. We called a week prior to our scheduled apt offering to drop off our boat trade to give the dealership plenty of time to inspect the boat, motor, and anything they needed thoroughly. They claimed they ‘didn’t have room on the lot’ so we didn’t mind and set an apt for the following sat. This location is a 2 hour drive and out of state for us. One hour and 45 mins into the drive, Scott calls my husband to let him know they have to cancel the apt. The mechanic who tests the motors called in. Of course we were upset, and again offered to leave the boat so it could get looked as soon as the mechanic returns. Nope, not an option. We were also told if we sent pictures and information that we would get a ‘’quote’’ for the boat.. that didn’t happen either. I am beyond disappointed in this dealership. We will not be returning to this location.

  Do not trust the manager to this place, the rest of the staff is great. Bass Pro has a no haggle no hassle policy but she is constantly changing prices claiming online prices are wrong and the Bass Pro doesn’t know how to run an independent location. I was going to buy a boat there but I couldn’t get a price because there are no price tags on anything and the sales guy kept having to go and ask and the prices she gave where no where close to what is advertised everything was higher then what’s online. I’ve read the other reviews and everything seems to go back to her. How has Bass Pro not seen this? Maybe what she said was true. She didn’t know I could hear her when she said Bass Pro doesn’t know what they are doing.

  Most horrible experience I’ve ever had buying a boat. Service after the sale has been horrific. Do not try to get any warranty work done through this dealership.. They have had my boat for two weeks and have not even shipped it. I’ve tried numerous times to find out where my boat is going to be shipped and no one can Answer that question. They just say somewhere in Texas. I have asked that the email be sent to the warranty department To Be able to bring my boat back Later time for this warranty, and that has been blocked By the management at the dealership as well! You call into White River Marine to get help and they say they are going to escalate your problem But no one calls you back fourth call I have made today and still no call back! The only reason I left one star is because it would not allow me to post this review without giving it one star!!!!!

  Salesman Scott was very helpful and informed. However I have had by new Tracker for 7 weeks And have been attempting to see why my state paperwork to register has not been sent in. All the fees to do so were included in my payment and purchase price. I am less than two weeks from the temporary Permits becoming invalid. No one will even call me back. Scott has tried but his efforts have been ignored Never purchase a boat from these people
