- RBRussell BultmanDec 3, 20251.0Terrible service after an emergency came up and I needed to rent the Third vehicle in a less than a week I was told I could not change the drop off location to the airport. When I rented a car in Louisiana I got a similar hassle it took 45 minutes because I rented from the airport and needed to drop it off at an Enterprise. Reggie at the Barrett Lakes property told me it would cost me $250 to drop the car off at the airport for a one-way fee which is absolutely absurd. I will certainly be spreading the word that National or Enterprise is not the company to use in the future.
