  The worst place possible to rent a truck from said I would have truck today now they don’t show a reservation at all most unprofessional company every take your business elsewhere

  No one ever answers the phone, they claimed they called me to set up my rental but I never received a call. They had 15+ cars lined up ready to go and hr before closing on Saturday but yet they had nothing available for me. This is a joke of a company and I will never be using them again!

  I DO NOT recommend Monroe Enterprise to ANYONE! I spoke to several workers prior to extending my rental they told me (4x) I would be allowed to extend my rental at any location. I arrived at the West Monroe location and was told I had to return at the Monroe one. (First false claim). I called the Monroe location (18th street) the man on the phone was adamant he was leaving at 6 and would not stay after. I explained I lived out of state & drove over 3 hours to extend. ( his store explained I would be able to visit any location). He told me I had “escalated” the situation when I asked to pay over the phone so he could leave timely & I could extend. He turned extremely aggressive & accused me of being aggressive towards him & told me he had no choice but to “take the keys”. I asked to pay & extend my rental several times until my car is repaired. He REFUSED payment 3x. (My insurance company paid the rental to today & I confirmed this with them as well.) He claimed I owed him money & had my rental return date wrong by 6 days, he never called or stated his wrong date when I talked to the store 4x. He stated “it must have been someone new that told me wrong”. Therefore I left the car there despite offering payment, and being threatened that the car was reported stolen & I would be arrested if I didn't leave it there so he could “take the keys”. Which left me and my child on the street the night before Christmas Eve in Monroe as out of state residents with the closest person to get us living over an hour away. He had NO empathy or sympathy at all. I asked to speak to the manager, he was adamant “he was the manager”. The workers looked concerned & I pray for anyone in his presence on a daily basis. DO NOT RENT from these people under ANY circumstances!!!!!!!!!

  I did not received the type of vehicle I reserved in factit was downsized. Disappointed! Sub interior was disgustingly with no effort to wipe it down before being delivered to me. Windshield so dirty I had to clean it myself and found a crack which could have been charged to me if I not immediately reported it. And the right tire treads were too low. Enterprise needs to check and replace all bad car tires especially for safety reasons.
