    Chris was great! He quickly greeted me upon arrival and assessed my tire within minutes. He also removed a nail from my rear tire free of charge since there were no leaks. Stellar service!

    NTB Metairie location is top notch no BS. It’s my go to place for any issue with my car. Quick and easy service always on time! I don’t have a wife, but if I did I would trust to send her here!!!!!

    I had a pretty frustrating experience at NTB. The first thing that stood out was how expensive everything was. It just did not feel worth it. What made it worse was the front desk. The person there seemed like they did not want to be bothered and was not very helpful at all. Instead of making things easier, it actually felt like they made the whole situation more stressful. Overall, not a great experience, and I would not recommend going there.
