  Had to get a tire replaced and asked them to check all tires. My low tire light was on within the hour. Also had a Honda bag with the key to my lugnuts. They just threw the key in the cupholder and lost my bag.

  They routinely call with a list of very expensive repairs to do to your vehicle. These are usually not things you asked for. In my most recent visit they called to offer $900 + of extra services, one of which was the air filter replacement. After checking the filter, they did not replace any of the retaining screws for the cover, the bushings for the radiator cowl or the mounting screw for the bracket bracing the fender. If I hadn’t checked it when I got home I would never have noticed and it would have caused damage to my vehicle. After calling them the technician did come to my house with the screws for the filter cover but did not bring all of the parts. I had to drive there the following day and had to wait while they made time to fix it. They were not apologetic or concerned with my satisfaction. I won’t be going back. I would suggest you don’t either.

  I brought my vehicle into Goodyear today and was extremely pleased with the service I received. The employee at the front desk was very professional and informative. When I picked up my vehicle, I met the store manager and he could not have been more helpful. The job was done well and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Goodyear to my friends and family.

  I had a great experience at the Goodyear Service Center on Division Street in Metairie, Louisiana. I came in for a second opinion about balancing and rotating the tires on my Jeep Wrangler with aftermarket rims, and the team was extremely helpful. The front desk staff took the time to locate the warranty from when my tires were mounted two years ago and explained everything clearly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and willing to assist without hesitation. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the Metairie team and wanted to recognize them for doing such a great job.

  I had a great experience at the Goodyear Service Center on Division Street in Metairie, Louisiana on April 2. I came in for a second opinion about balancing and rotating the tires on my Jeep Wrangler with aftermarket rims and all-terrain tires. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. They even helped locate the tire warranty I purchased two years ago at another Goodyear location in New Orleans East. A few days earlier I had been told at Location in NOLA East that they could not help me, but the team in Metairie took the time to review everything and assist me. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the Division Street team and wanted to recognize them for doing such a great job.
