  The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, courteous & knowlegeable. However, the model car that we rented 4 an emergency road trip 2 AR didn't get good hwy mileage. Consequently, we spent a semi-mini fortune on gasoline. Overall, we were more than pleasantly satisfied with the prompt & courteous service we received. This was a last minute emergency booking. The accommodations on such short notice is commendable& quite remarkable.

  Very unprofessional experience. I reserved a car the day before, my pickup time was changed, and I still waited nearly two hours while other customers were helped and left with vehicles. The employee assisting me was inattentive, disconnected, and even asked for my credit card again although I already had one on file. Nothing seemed to move until I started pointing out that other customers were getting in and out while I was still waiting. Overall, the service was disorganized, lackluster, and a complete waste of my time.

  Friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. I had prescheduled my rental but still had to wait more than an hour for my vehicle. Plenty people waiting when I arrived early morning. Overheard they were shorthanded. It happens. Andrew was very friendly and helpful.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise on Airline Highway in Kenner—easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Andrew and Montell were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond to get me in a clean, well-maintained vehicle quickly, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their attitude—friendly, respectful, and they actually care about the customer experience. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Enterprise is lucky to have Andrew and Montell on their team. Employees like them are the reason customers come back. They both deserve serious recognition (and honestly, a raise) for the level of service they provide. Highly recommend this location—ask for Andrew or Montell if you want to be taken care of the right way.
