I paid money to repair my car, but unfortunately nothing was fixed, and they refused to refund me, even though they provided no service at all. When I tried to discuss the issue, they treated me in a rude and aggressive manner, and the situation escalated into an argument, with no respect or professionalism. I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping the problem would be solved, but the manager had the worst attitude of all. He was extremely disrespectful and made the situation even worse. What happened was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It included: • Taking money without providing any service • Terrible treatment and lack of respect • No repair or work done at all Therefore, I say this clearly: 🔴 I do not recommend anyone to deal with them. My experience was extremely bad, and I lost my money and time without any result.

It’s under new ownership and very inadequate! Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things just got worse! I got a call from Firestone who I brought my car to clean up Speedy’s big mess. The sensor was never changed ( it was the one original to the factory) and the tire was repaired poorly! Stay clear of this establishment!!!
