  Very disappointed this visit. The place is under new management yet again!!! They cant keep good employees to save they lives. The last manager Lauren was amazing. She was on top of things and ran a tight ship. I loved her. She really cared about her customers. Well on this visit I was informed that she quit. I wasn't surprised but I kind of was. Like I said they cant keep good employees and from the way people were talking I would assume its because of the owner. From the sound of things he could care less about his employees. I won't be back. I hope he gets in together soon before he doesn't have a buisness!

  I stopped in to get my oil changed on Saturday, December 27th and was waited on immediately. The staff was polite and thorough.

  I just want to say what a wonderful job Virgil did on my Ford Fusion. I had a bad coolant leak and my thermostat went out. Also worked with me on the price to make everything work out. Appreciate your time and effort. Will recommend to anyone I know needing auto work. Thanks a million!

  Not surprisingly, they had to scam me out of a few dollars instead of being honest. When I called, the automated message said it was $79.99 for a full synthetic oil change. When the guy answered the phone, he told me it was $99.99 because the owner was an independent owner. Which makes no sense if the message literally stated otherwise. I hung up and called back so I can listen to the message again. $79.99. I asked the guy why he told me the wrong price and he claimed that he could do it for $69.99. So I got the oil change. Low and behold, he charged an additional $5 for what the receipt called shop supplies, which was not mentioned at all. Then, to make matters worse, he charged me more for sales tax than he should. Sales tax here in Louisiana is 10%. It should have been $7.39 NOT $10.14. You can see on the receipt that he charged me more. I try to be a good sport about these things, but these oil and tire places are just like used car dealerships and other shady businesses. They go out of their way to nickel and dime you. I won't go back here because of the dishonesty. Seriously, are these people so bad off that they have to rip people off for 5 and 10 dollars at a time? The only redeeming quality was that the employees were at least nice, but I guess that's how they have to be when they're adding on extra charges without your knowledge. This is where someone claiming to be the owner will make excuses or just leave a generic reply. I've been in customer service for 3 decades. I know how people like to BS online.
