The vehicles are filthy.It looks like the outside of the car was washed with a muddy rag. The inside smelled so strong.It gave me a headache because of the enzyme chemicals that they treated the smoke smell with. Awful experience.I will never use this location again ever.

I asked the employee to change it on the contract & the employee told me it’s ok, & to return it at that same level. I couldn’t trust his word and asked him to update the contract. He said he’d make a note but he didn’t. I returned it on full and sure enough he wasn’t at the location had I returned it less than full. Lastly, as soon as I got on the road to head to my destination the engine oil light came on & remained on the duration of my 4 day trip out of town.

It means that the staff starts checking the region for a vehicle and makes you wait for three hours while they bring one in from out of town. We made a reservation a week in advance, woke up early to be first in line, and Enterprise failed to have our reservation on site.
