Josh was great and told the truth and worked with me with no BS. If you call the store # choose option 4 to speak to the people at the store (which is Josh). I did not and the lady at the call center LIED to me TWICE!! I am NOT happy about that! When I asked her if she was physically at the location she told me yes, and then when I said I am 8 minutes away she lied AGAIN and said there are vehicles right now ready to go. Thankfully Josh saw the reservation come in and called me to let me know there would be a slight delay for a car. The time for my pickup wasn't as important as timing so I would not be stuck in one spot for any length of time. Josh worked with me, and from what I saw of other interactions, he cares about doing the best he can for his customers. Talk to JOSH!! Not the lying phone center lady!!
