He was very professional and courteous at all times. Pick me up from my house. There was a guy working from downtown New Orleans at this location for the day when I dropped off the car and he was stellar as well. Brought me back to work after dropping off the Rent-A-Car. Just made it really easy. Montel also helped me at this location and gave me great customer service as well.
