He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. This was my daughter‘s first car and it was a great experience for her to take part in. I guess the only downside is if she ever buys a car from a dealership, she will be very disappointed! :) It was really nice to have Derek work with us from start to finish. He even handled the financing for us. One of the worst parts about buying a car from a car dealership the amount of time it takes in the haggling and pain in the butt just to buy a car. With enterprise there is none of that, you agreed to their asking price the no haggle price and it’s a done deal. The price is considerably below fair market value almost vehicles, and the cars are in shape. They get the vehicle ready to go and detailed with their certified preowned process. Love the car! Highly recommend working with Enterprise if you're looking for a great deal and top-notch experience!

They messed up my papers and changed the papers to a 90,000 mi warranty something warranty. Had to go back in and sign the papers. They change my warranty to 90000 miles. Now I'm paying for a car with no warranty for 2 years. I would not recommend nobody to buy a car from Enterprise. Bad business
