  While it took a little bit of discussion, as is to be expected at any car dealer, in the end, without a lot of fuss, they stayed true to their word that first brought me in there and nothing Underhanded like no gas in the car (there was a full tank). Courteously followed me to return my rental car and drove me back. I hope they were satisfied with me as I was satisfied doing business with them. This stands in contrast to the last new car I bought about 4 1/2 years ago, where suddenly things we had agreed upon disappeared, it took a near shouting match to get them back, and I only got what I was originally promised when I physically stood up and started to walk out the door.

  Bryan Subaru was very pleasant to purchase and service a vehicle from. They are always very kind and extremely informative, and certainly know how to make customers comfortable. I haven’t heard or have had a single complaint!

  The Service dept at Bryan Subaru has been great to work with! Very communicative, working quickly with me on a time constraint with our warranty. Shout out to Kenny for going the extra 1200 miles!

  Bought my car from them a month ago. Sales staff was great and is the only reason theyre getting more than the minimum 1 star. Service staff was rude and unhelpful to the point that I will not return. Luckily the first few oil changes that are included with the sale can be done at any subaru dealer, so at least I wont lose out on that. Skip the added step and buy from a dealer that doesnt talk down to you once the purchase is complete.

  I have been a loyal customer since 2017 when I bought my (new at the time) Subaru Outback. I had a 5-star purchasing experience in 2017 followed up by 5-star service experiences until yesterday. The 3 stars represent the 8 years of good experiences but my service experience on 10/22/25 cost the dealership 2 stars; I will never return. I ran up a $1300 bill for a 60K/102 month vehicle which was legit; I agreed to a fuel injection service upsell so no problem with that. However, that is where the experience went south. I mentioned hearing a left front knocking or clunking in rough road conditions- my mistake. Even though the inspection gave a green check to the struts I was told that they were “totally blown”. I questioned the writer about the discrepancy and got no reasonable reply. I set up an appointment for the next week for strut replacement at $1500. There were no symptoms of a problem with the struts; no uneven tire wear, no bouncing, nosediving, no rolling or poor handling. Fast forward to the next day; I brought the car into a local certified mechanic who did everything possible to inspect the struts, including a road driving test. Even with a chance to land the replacement work, he told me that the struts were tight, dry (no fluid leaking) and clearly didn’t need replacing. Likewise the bushings and the sway bar. He couldn’t reproduce the noise that I had heard. He did find the old spark plugs scattered throughout the engine compartment and asked me when I had them changed (10/22/25)😳 Shame on you, Bryan Subaru service department, for having employees who put profit over what is best for your customers and for being so careless with my car. I have tried to call the service manager, left a message, and have yet to hear back from him🤷🏼
