  My salesman Rob White is a Gem, a keeper. Very knowledgeable. Very quite, even though sometimes I would ask him the same question. He never even changed his facial expressions. He was very careful with me. My daughter was in town for Xmas and helped me with the process. When I went back after Xmas after the flu with me daughter on speaker phone Rob suggested that he go over everything again. I REALLY, REALLY appreciated. The finance was very helpful. I never felt badgered or pressured. The process was very smooth. BRYAN SUBARU, I would do it again

  It was amazing, my appointment was at 10:15 am and my car star the maintenance at 10:00am 45 minutes takes for the service the employees are very friendly and professional all the questions I had they give me the answers, also I eat and drink my favorite coffee no complaint at all, thank Bryan Subaru, ooh I forgot to tell you they clean and wash my car I was impresse and happy 😊😁🤙☝️🤟👍🤘

  Customer service was terrible. Left me waiting at the front door for someone to acknowledge me. The service writer who I was sitting 5feet from when my car was ready walked past me to get the printout for my service didn't stop and say hey it's your turn after waiting 2 hours. Instead let the computer inform me via text message I don't know how long after it was my turn. Your prices are gouging people. 800 dollars to install a 100 dollar part is ridiculous especially since most of the work had already been done for the inspection. 180 dollars an hour for a job that takes less than an hour to perform plus cost of part is 300 after taxes not 800 that is a massive price gouge.

  I’ve been coming to get my Subaru serviced at Bryan for about five years now and I always get taken care of. Richard is so great and always keeps me informed of the services necessary for my car. During my 60k mile checkup, there were some needed repairs that I felt were a little pricey. I called two other repair shops (one owned by a friend) and both gave me estimates that were higher than what Bryan Subaru gave me - so I knew Bryan Subaru wasn’t ripping me off. I followed up another a month later and they had my car ready by the afternoon. I usually am able to wait for my car to be ready, and everyone is always welcoming even when I bring my kids. They have a nice play area for littles and are dog friendly too. If you have a Subaru, I recommend getting it taken care of here.

  Honestly this place has completely changed my perspective on dealerships. I grew up being told never take your care to the dealership for service cause they'll just upcharge everything, but I had the most amazing experience. My car had work down a few months ago somewhere else, and long story short they screwed up. Brain (not the Bryan lol) was so helpful, not judgemental at all, communicated everything so well and answer every question. They did a full work up including recommended services, then Brian worked with me in deciding what needed to be prioritized and what could wait based on my budget. The work done was probably on the higher end that what somewhere else may quote, but learn from me and pay to get the job done right the first time. I met with the technician who was working on my car and he showed me the problem areas. I felt very comfortable and trust them a lot! My best friend coincidentally bought a car next door of the service center the same day and also had rave reviews of the sales them there. I can't recommend Bryan Subaru enough!
