Still waiting and another customer enters. Parts person finally arrived and proceeds to help the second customer. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting... parts person makes phone calls for this second customer. Visits their vehicle. Does paperwork. I’m still waiting. 12 minutes later I am done waiting and walk out. I spoke to Volvo Service Mgr SJ and related the above. I did not ask for anything, only that he address the customer service issue in the Parts Dept.
