I was immediately greeted by Rob, who grabbed some tools and headed out to the vehicle. He was very polite and informative. Checked out the car and confirmed that I did have a bad battery. We went inside and he showed me what my options were. After ringing me up, he went outside and even swapped the battery out for me. One of the quickest and easiest transactions I've had at an automotive parts place. Highly recommend this location. Fair prices. Good people.
