I called and explained my issue and I asked about timing since I didn’t want to come at the last minute, etc. Semaj, the gentleman that took my call, told me it was ok to come up until they close. Then, he helped expedite the process by getting some info in order to have items ready I may need. I arrived pretty close to closing time. He remembered our call and was making moves before I finished my first sentence. He had a good bit of trouble getting the battery tester to perform a reading. My vehicle had a bunch of plastic armor built up around the terminals. He never gave up or said it wasn’t working. He just tried one way and the next. He let me help a little here and there until he fit it in where he needed to and “Voila!” So without going into more details, Semaj provided my options with the info we had. He was informed and helpful, but he didn’t try and force me to buy something I didn’t need. I won’t blabber on, but it really was another level type customer service from the jump, and I’m sure he was just going about his normal routine. It’d be nice to encounter this in everyday life, everywhere! I’ll sure help the next person out I run into and pass it on….. I’ll def be back to this location for anything I need. And LASTLY, we tip everyone these days for nothing it seems… they might not ask when you checkout, but be generous with cats doing this type of work too please. Especially when they do it so well! Thx again …☮️

Thanks to Holly my info was resubmitted, and my part was replaced. She was very courteous and polite, although I was a little aggravated because the first gentleman I spoke with said " Theres nothing I can do...you're not in my system." My 5 stars are due to Holly's OUTSTANDING customer service, but not pleased at all with being erased after more than 20 years of doing business with your stores. Gave me a rude and don't given a damn attitude. All with in a 12 hour period. Never again coming here. This place is always empty for a reason. Even the employees knew this was unfair.
