  This car wash is trash. I have a membership and it includes wax and tire dressing. I never get it. I let the guy know with the locs who I believe is the manager. I asked his name and I believe I was told Don. He said I should have received it. I went through the car wash twice and still nothing. There were 2 other customers who complained at the same time and he is still pretending the car wash is working properly. Anyone that says this is a good car wash and they are receiving good customer service has to be a friend of the manager because it isn’t true. I am sure he’s aware that no one is receiving tire dressing or wax. I’m tired of telling these people the same thing. Look at my tire nothing is on the tire. The rim is only clean because I wiped all the dirt off. Going through the car wash twice didn’t clean the rims either. We also do NOT receive and rain x because if you don’t wipe immediately the window are full of spots. Lastly the right side of the car wash slams into your side mirror

  Right side slams into my truck, first cycle barley wet or soaped my truck so you know its scratching my truck even more. The first thing that cleans the hood jumps up so fast and hight it misses my entire hood all together! I pay monthly but may have to kick rocks. I hit pelican the other day amd there wash was wayyyyyy better!

  The staff is always polite and professional. They are always maintaining the grounds ensuring trash is picked up and garbage cans are not over flowing.
