The NTB website showed the coupons and said "select and proceed here to schedule." When I arrived, I informed staff that I'd scheduled the appt online. I arrived and once car was inspected, I was told that I needed an alignment ($119) & my tires needed rotating ($20). Final bill included $119 for alignment, $24.99 (not $20) for tire rotation, plus shop fees. I asked about the coupons but was informed, "I don't know, but that's how it was put in by whoever put in the ticket when you came in." I pulled up my appt, the website showing $35 off alignment & free tire rotation but was told, "I'm sorry. I can only give you the $35."
