  The autozone here on barataria at laffitte larose highway is the best in the whole dang chain lol. Brandi, with an I not a Y, who is part of the management team there was more helpful in 5 mins than any dealership service dept. She is smart, proactive and makes you feel, as a customer, that she is going yo help you to the best of her ability. She wont sugar coat anything for you but give you a realization that there is hope with any vehicle problem you might have. Brandi is absolutely an asset to the autozone company as a whole. Thanks Brandi I will definitely be back to seek your professional advice again.

  I recently went in to purchase a new car battery for my Honda after it went bad. A young lady named Tykai ended up being a GOD send. She discovered that I was previously charged for my old car battery when an exchange was supposed to occur (mistake that was never caught). Long story short - I got a new battery & a refund. Thank you so much Tykai and Precious (manager) for being so accommodating and patient. I would have never known about this if Tykai didn’t take her time to research my warranty. I will be back - thanks so much! God bless!
