- CDchris daleSep 22, 20251.0Just informing every customer if a team member ask for your phone number when you do a purchase if you do not provide the phone number of the company terminate good people if you don’t buy a can of brake clean with your brake pads, the company terminates good people, even though your mechanic may have some brake cleaner already, but that gets employees a terminated at Advance auto parts if I was you, I would go to AutoZone in O’Reillys to try to help protect peoples jobs

This guy goes above and beyond on a daily basis to meet the need from anything as simple as a diagnostic code read to something as complex as the mixing of custom paint orders. He’s knowledgeable, LISTENS TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT TO REPLY and he provides a level of service, support and quality custom care that there isn’t a rating system that scores high enough to give credit for all he brings to the industry. Why this guy is not running the place or pioneering his own independent branch/ franchise is beyond me, but he’s the only reason I continue to give this place my business.
