  I don’t usually write long reviews, but Malaysia at Enterprise absolutely deserves it. From the second I walked in, she had this calm, welcoming energy that instantly made the whole process easier. I’ve dealt with enough car rental places to know when someone is just going through the motions versus when someone genuinely cares about helping you. Malaysia is 100% the second type. She treated me like an actual human being, not just the next person in line she had to get through. What stood out the most was how personable she was. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my questions. She explained things in a way that made sense, didn’t talk down to me, and never acted annoyed, even though I know she has to deal with a lot of people every day. It wasn’t forced or fake either — she has a naturally friendly way of talking to you that makes you feel comfortable right away. I felt like she understood what I needed, listened to what I was actually saying, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t want. When we were going through the rental options, she laid everything out clearly so I didn’t feel confused or pressured. She was straightforward about what would work best for my situation instead of trying to push the most expensive thing. That alone made me trust her. You can tell she knows her job inside and out, but she also has the patience to walk you through it without making you feel dumb for asking questions. That combination is rare. Another thing I noticed was how she handled the little details. She paid attention to the kind of car I needed, made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left, and double-checked to make sure all the paperwork lined up. It sounds simple, but most people skip that stuff. She didn’t. It made the whole experience feel way more organized and professional. What I appreciated the most, though, was her attitude. She was upbeat but not overly “salesy,” kind without being fake, and she just had this grounded vibe that made me feel like everything was under control. You don’t realize how much that matters until you’ve dealt with people who don’t have it. She turned something I usually find stressful into something surprisingly easy. I left feeling taken care of instead of drained, and that’s directly because of her. Honestly, Enterprise is lucky to have someone like Malaysia. Employees like her are the difference between a place you tolerate and a place you go back to on purpose. I’d rent from this location again just because of the way she handled everything. If you happen to go there, do yourself a favor and ask for Malaysia. She’ll treat you right, make the process smooth, and you’ll walk out feeling like you were helped by someone who actually enjoys their job and cares about the people she’s helping. She really made the experience better from start to finish, and she absolutely earned this review.

  We were refused a car simply because the workers do not know how to read an entergy bill. My entergy bill is billed across two months. For example, I am charged about $350 for two months of entergy. I pay $150 in March and $200 in April. My bill never says $0 because it will always show the upcoming month’s total. The workers could not understand this. They stated that since my bill showed a “remaining balance” they could not rent me the car. They were interpreting that as if I had a “past due” amount. At the top of the bill, it states that the “remaining balance” for that month was already drafted out of my account. How can an account that has automatic withdrawals have a past due amount??? My bill showed payments I made from previous months and the payments I will make in the future. I called entergy to confirm all this and I will leave the quote from the entergy customer service rep right here: “I’m sorry that you were refused a car due to enterprise’s incompetence. They simply do not know how to read.”

  Malaysia at this Enterprise location was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Her customer service stood out in the best way—kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Even though this location isn’t close to my home, I will definitely return here for future needs strictly because of how exceptional she was. Employees like Malaysia make all the difference, and Enterprise is lucky to have her.
