As a previous customer, I expected respect and a genuine effort to address my concern—not to be spoken to in such a condescending manner. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. I hope this matter is addressed promptly and that steps are taken to ensure other customers are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve. Beware if you’re having calibration issues after a service you will likely get brushed off as if it’s your issue instead of theirs.
