Even if we didn’t rent she handled about 8 peoples rentals in just 15 minutes or so and dealt with our complicated rental since it was through my insurance but for my gf who has a claim against them. Even if she couldn’t accommodate us and I was disappointed I’d still give 5 stars because of the efficiency, customer service skill, professionalism, and patience she showed us. On top of that we had flown in from out of town and we needed this rental for holidays so that made our weekend!

- KAKyi Phwa AungNov 24, 20251.0Really bad services. I rent a car for a STANDARD SUV but they gave me Hyundai Kona which is dirty interior and nothing similar to Standard SUV. Moreover, the car was showing engine oil needs to be change. They told me to pick the Standard SUV tomorrow. But is being a week. I’ve been trying to contact to them and they keep telling me that standard suv are not available. I mean this is a car rental place. Enterprise is also huge car rental company that doesn’t make any sense that they don’t have what customers ask for. I make a reservation 3 weeks ago for pick up at 8am and they keep asking me to wait that I have to take uber to go back to work. I’ve being keep calling them and the car was available at 4pm which I have to get back to them with uber. And the car wasn’t Standard SUV and also oil needs to change. I need a car for business trip. This is outrageous and suck. If I could I would give them 0 star
