  Malaysia at this Enterprise location was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Her customer service stood out in the best way—kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Even though this location isn’t close to my home, I will definitely return here for future needs strictly because of how exceptional she was. Employees like Malaysia make all the difference, and Enterprise is lucky to have her.

  On January 19th, I called to rent a car and made a reservation. They confirmed my reservation, but 10 minutes later, they called and said they had no cars. I didn’t understand why. Since I urgently needed one, I called the Slidell location, where I had rented before. I picked up the car from Slidell at 5 PM for one day. I was supposed to return it the next day at 5 PM, but I was about 1.5 hours late, so I called them. They said if I paid a $50 fee, I could drop it off at the Mandeville location. Their hours differ by about an hour; Mandeville closes earlier. I called Mandeville, confirmed I could drop it off around 6–6:30 PM, and they said yes. I asked what to do with the key. They had no key drop box and said to park the car, they would see it on camera, and they would charge hourly for up to 2.5 hours. I dropped off the car at 6:32 PM. They told me to keep the key and bring it in the morning. After confirming with both locations, I left it there. The next morning, around 7:45 AM I returned the key to the Mandeville branch. But they charged me for an additional full day. I asked why, since they had said I would only be charged hourly. The explanation was that they didn’t have the key until morning. I called Slidell and explained that they had told me I could drop it off with the fee. I followed their instructions, yet I was still charged for another full day. I asked for a refund. They said they would refund it this time. I did not cause any inconvenience, yet I was charged $120 extra. I absolutely do not recommend them. I will not rent from them again. I was charged for two days even though I followed the instructions. I do not accept this.

  I went out of state for Christmas and needed a reliable vehicle. I cannot say enough about the management at this location. Malaysia was everything a customer would want. Energetic, friendly, personable, And very professional! I can see her training other managers who want to create a Customer Service atmosphere and a solid work ethic. Each time I walked in and I didn’t need to return there a couple of times, Joseph, Brandon, and Trent greeted me with a smile and helped me along the way. Even when they were not specifically assisting me at the time, I always felt welcome in their presence! They smiled and had great eye contact which really matters to a customer. All too often businesses can make a customer feel like they’re in the way or not welcome. Well, that is not the case at this Enterprise Car rental in Mandeville, Louisiana at the 1347 North Causeway Blvd. location. I always walked out with a smile ! Thank you to all for really truly making a difference!
