  Their workers don't always communicate with each other nor have parts ready when ordered. Did have what was needed just didn't know what their coworker did with order

  I went to the store to get a headlight for my 2016 4 Runner.. The guy was extremely rude. That waited on me. He asked me if it was LED or regular. I asked if he would come take a look to make sure I got the right bulb. He said I quote I’m not your headlight guy. I left and went to O’Reillys down the street. Don’t go here rude and very unhelpful. It was an older gentleman that walked with a limp that was so rude and unhelpful. I had the opposite experience at O’Reilly’s. They were very helpful and even helped install the bulbs for me. When I told them what happened I got the response. “They do not want to help anybody. I don’t know how they’re still in business.” I can agree 100% with that!!
