  Great experience from start to finish. Jason Hazel and the entire team was fast, friendly, and professional. They got me in and out quicker than expected without cutting corners, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. You can tell they value customer service and respect your time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

  The service writer Jrome was amazing. He was quick and friendly with a good attitude. Helped me out with some coupons and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt want. They got my car into a bay within an hour and communicated well anything that needed to be. I got an oil change and tire rotation, balance, and alignment. I came in late in the day so I didnt expect to get much else but the oil done, but they got the rotation and balance done as well and asked me if I was okay with coming back the next day to finish the alignment. Im sure they would've got it done if I declined but I accepted since I knew I was coming in close to end of the day.

  Most dishonest mechanic in the area Quoted a price over the phone and then doubled it after completing the work Would never have gone there if I had known how much they would end up charging me Avoid this business at all costs At the very least don’t trust them- get everything in writing before the fact even though they’ll still try to do you dirty Not finished with my complaint against them

  We came from Georgia to visit our family in Louisiana. We had heard a grinding noise in the brakes and wanted to get it checked. My husband went to Firestone only to sit for four hours, be given an “idea” of what it was but a “definite” price of what it would cost- almost $2000. To say they didn’t take a single tire off the vehicle to really REALLY diagnose the problem puzzled my husband. He was told to come back the next morning, part was ordered from Lafayette or Beaumont and they’ll be able to fix. So we dropped it off and went to breakfast with family. Not even an hour later, hubby gets a call. The part they ordered the day before wasn’t going to be in. Might take a week. Mind you, Georgia plates are on the car-we weren’t going to be able to stay a week for a part He then decided to bring it to Mavis! I’m so glad he did. They took the time to really get under the car and took off tires to actually see what was going on. The caliper was fixed, brake pads replaced and for $800 less than Firestone and done in about 4 hours which included ordering and receiving parts needed. The whole team was so nice and welcoming. Asking if we needed any water or snacks since we were sitting there so long. I even got to speak with Mr. Picou about growing up in SWLA and the fun only a Louisiana kid could enjoy! Thankful for this team of Brake and Tire Angels for saving the rest of our weekend to visit with family!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires, and I definitely want to give a shoutout to Jason and Christian for their outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, respectful, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything going on with my vehicle. Jason was very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, while Christian went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and in a timely manner. They both showed excellent customer service and genuine care, which you don’t always find these days. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service, I highly recommend Mavis Tires—especially with Jason and Christian taking care of you. I’ll definitely be coming back!
