    Awful. Stay away. I needed my black cargo trailer side door replaced. They never notified me to tell me they were installing a white fiberglass (shower liner) in lieu of even attempting to match the metal. I get a call telling me it was done without giving me the price or getting my approval . they tell me it would be about $1500. I was in shock but just plain disgusted when I pulled up and saw a white textured shower liner door on my black metal trailer and was on the hook for $800 more than what I was even willing to pay. Their idea of working with me was knocking off $200 for the labor. They fought w me and insisted it was my fault for miscommunication. Their method of “working”with me was textbook fix the problem they created and “save” me money that way. To make me happy He did offer an alternative solution to fix the problem they created….but it was gonna cost more …no thanks. I paid for the trailer and hope to save at least one non semi truck driver customer. I’m sure they do good on big jobs but keep shopping if you got a smaller job.

    Had 2018 Cascadia towed about 5 miles to shop and upon arrival received a call stating they couldn't work on "automatic" transmissions. I told the woman at the desk during initial phone call the truck had an air / clutch / transmission issue and it was "automated transmission" and the driver reported a burning smell. She put me on hold to check with someone and came back and told me they could work on it. Communication issue, just expensive tow and frustration for no reason.
