- JPJeff ParsonsOct 28, 20252.0Had 2018 Cascadia towed about 5 miles to shop and upon arrival received a call stating they couldn't work on "automatic" transmissions. I told the woman at the desk during initial phone call the truck had an air / clutch / transmission issue and it was "automated transmission" and the driver reported a burning smell. She put me on hold to check with someone and came back and told me they could work on it. Communication issue, just expensive tow and frustration for no reason.
