  Called the number in the reservation to confirm a car was available before taking an uber to pick up the car. The person assured me a car was available and my reservation was confirmed. I arrived only to be told no cars were available. I asked why I was told a car was available. She said the national office did not know what cars the local office had available or ones that were out of service. Very disappointing the website and customer service team were not on the same page as the local office.

  Great service at Lake Charles, LA airport!! Stayed late when our plane was delayed. Got us through checkin/out quickly!!

  After waiting over 2 hours for roadside assistance only to learn that NO ONE had even been dispatched despite me constantly receiving texts updating an arrival time, I was finally able to reach someone at the airport office. I explained my situation that the car wouldn't start and within an hour the management team came to my hotel and picked up the van and brought a replacement. I forgot the 2 guys name but I'm thankful for their professionalism and willingness to assist. These guys are rare, give them a raise!!!
