- CVCourtney Vincent5 days ago1.0Im not writing this to “bash” anyone. Im writing this to let everyone know of my experience. It was HORRIBLE. I’ve now spent right at $500 & I still have the same issue happening. Had brakes changed & a rotor changed. Because they said that’s what I needed. Issue was still there. Went back. They said I needed the other rotor changed & that would fix my issue. Said everything else looked fine. Calipers and all was fine. That changing the rotor would fix it. ISSUE STILL happening. Went back AGAIN. They said a caliper needed to be changed. So did that. And guess what? It is still happening !!! And furthermore ….the parts that are under warranty, they got some damage to it DUE TO THEM TELLING me the calipers were FINE ….that part is messed up & they won’t “warrant” it ! Overall a BAD experience. I will definitely be contacting cooperate ASAP because this needs to be fixed. I payed to have my car fixed ! And it is not fixed. Instead they kept telling me “change this part” every time I’d go back ! Anyone know how to contact cooperate? Because I need this fixed.

J’rome went above and beyond to help me out and get me back out on the road safely, and made sure I had plenty of oil, fixed my bumper that was hanging a little bit. They are very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
