    They didn’t contact me to set up for my rental when insurance made the reservation. They don’t answer their phones. When I did finally get in touch with them to set up a pickup time, they had no rentals available. I reserved a vehicle for the afternoon and when I got there, they didn’t have a car in my rental class available for me. They had 2 in the class above, but they were on damage holds. They refused to go two classes up. I sat there for over 2 hours listening to them and the insurance company argue and finally one of the damage holds released.

    if i was able to put a zero star i would. i reserved a car, it was $200 and i was going to pay for it. i got there this morning and the employee said it was $500. no where on the website or contact says nothing about a deposit. very disappointed, and frustrated with this. never again will i be going over there to book a vehicle.

    Make reservations got confirmation email and paid. Normally I get a phone call to confirm found it funny I didn't receive a phone call prior to pickup. Called the office and phone just ring and ring. I get up here and they said that they do not have a vehicle for me and would have to go and get one. Highly unacceptable to do that to consumers. A lot of this could have been involved if someone just do their job. It's delaying us by more than 2 hours.

    Jaylen Delafosse (manager) at the Lake Charles, LA location is a valuable asset to the Enterprise company!!! His patience is impeccable answering each customers’ question(s) and assuring the customer is comfortable with the rental. I asked a few questions about the safety rating on the my rental vehicle and he had all the answers!!! A true asset to Enterprise!!!
