  DON’T RENT FROM ENTERPRISE This is the third time I have gone to a Enterprise rental location where I reserved the car in advance only to show up up and have none available. I’m now having to call around at the last moment to get a ride to the Houston airport to catch my flights In addition the agent couldn’t quit playing on his phone long enough to even call around to other locations for availability

  *1/5 Stars - Buyer Beware: Enterprise Rental Experience* I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I needed a rental car to get back to Florida and visited the Enterprise office in DeRidder, only to be told they had no vehicles available. I was directed to request one online from Lake Charles, an hour's drive south. Here's how the nightmare unfolded: - *Misleading Pickup Process*: No clear signage at the Lake Charles Airport indicated where to pick up rentals. We ended up in the return lot, which required a code to exit. - *Poor Vehicle Condition*: The car was dirty, and the attendant failed to note any damage or issues on the rental agreement. We discovered underinflated tires just minutes after leaving the lot, which cost us $6 to fix. - *Inconvenient Return Policy*: Upon arrival in Florida, I found out that the designated return location was closed on Sundays, leading to a dispute over charges. - *Dispute Resolution*: When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told that the location was franchise-owned, and they couldn't assist me. The phone numbers provided went unanswered, and the Florida branch claimed they didn't know who the manager was. *Triple Charging*: To add insult to injury, I was hit with exorbitant charges, which Enterprise refused to waive. *Final Verdict*: Avoid Enterprise Rental if you value your sanity. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and questionable business practices make them a company to steer clear of. Hello, Hertz – I'm ready for a better experience! -(Sadly the vehicle was a jeep grand wagoneer, a nice luxury vehicle, I will never purchase a used vehicle from enterprise.) Oh, I got a response- providing me the same internet link that doesn’t connect me at all to the LC Airport location or a way to reach the manager. This location does not care about customers or quality at all. The rental date was Oct 31-1Nov; my name is here my contact is at the agency if the manager cared at all they would have made this right but they/HE HAS NOT. No direct numbers to reach anyone to return my money!! (BBB- Louisiana is my next stop.

  Cale made it fast and easy. Followed up with a number I could reach him on if I had any issues while renting the car.
