I had them pick me up from the hotel and take me to pick up the car, and the young man that drove me was so nice and so helpful with things to see in the area, he was the same young man who took me back to the hotel and the same. He was so friendly and kind, all the staff there was just super nice. Would highly recommend and the customer service was spot on!
