    This has been the worst experience i have ever had with a car rental. After two days trying to rent a car. I gave up and went to Budget. Will never go to enterprise again.

    I really appreciated how I didn’t have to pay to reserve a car until I showed up for my appointment. Every other place, they expect you to pay upfront for a reservation and then when you show up and they have no cars, they want to charge you a fee to cancel the reservation. Everything was SO easy dealing with Enterprise. Even my online experience was enjoyable and convenient.

    Never in my life will I rent a car from this place! When a customer tells you they didn’t scratch the car because they didn’t use that side & they had 0 knowledge of it when retuning the car, the claim should be dropped immediately! No, you want to shove “policy says” in my face. Policy screws honest people like myself who doesn’t have money to throw around. This company cares about money more than their customers. If they truly cared about their customers, they would have compassion & actually listen to them instead of worrying about policy! That is not the case here!
