- JDJohn DahlkeMay 19, 20221.0Oil pressure sensor needed replaced. I had the part. The ECM needed to be calibrated. They spent 4 hours. Should have been less than 2. Charged me $954 and their excuse was because the mechanic was on the phone with cummins for a long time to get the code. Absolutely ripped me off. Service manager Stacy has a horrible attitude. Bad vibes from the start. I should have gone elsewhere. I called cummins headquarters and they even told me I shouldn't have been charge for their phone time with cummins.
- TPTom PalmerMay 13, 20195.0Great service! We arrived unannounced with a check engine light on our motor coach with a Nox fault indicator. Alvin gave us an assessment of the possible causes and put his crew on it almost immediately. In the meantime, we were made comfortable in their lounge with cable TV, free snacks, drinks, and wi-fi. After about 90 minutes, we were informed that the ECM simply needed to be flashed with a software update, which cleared the fault codes. All systems checked normal and we were back on the road. No charge!
