    I went to the store to order a part, providing my VIN number and the old part. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong part. When I brought this to their attention, I spoke with a manager. He explained that the store policy is to not accept returns for refunds. My truck unexpectedly shut off while trusting his staff, and I had my kids with me in the vehicle. Luckily, I had my old relay switch, or we could have been stranded. I understand the staff member who assisted me is still learning and was young, so I don’t blame him—better training could help. However, I was disappointed that the other employee by the computer agreed without verifying if it was the correct part. I do hold the manager on duty, responsible for not ensuring a proper resolution, which has caused me frustration in trying to get my money back. I hope the store considers improving management to better understand and support customers in such situations. Thank you.

    Do not buy anything online and try to pick it up. If they don't have it there when you show up to pick it they will cancel your order in store but you never receive your money back

    Consistently have let me down and officially lost my business. This last go around, I ordered a part and never heard back from them. I go in a few weeks later after making calls to check on it and I am instructed to come to store because they had trouble finding me in system. Once there, I am told that my part had already been picked up. I never picked it up. No one could help me or reimburse me. I was told to call the store manager who repeatedly ignored my calls and never returned my calls after leaving multiple messages. They have definitely lost me as a customer permanently.

    I visited this store on Sunday 09/14/2025 Mrs Thelma Forrest is the manager, her store number is #9784; Her employee Jarett Naylor # 986899 saved my 300 dollars, I had issues with my headlights, to come to find out, they weren’t screwed in tight enough. With Mr Jarett’s expertise, he noticed the issue right away and resolved it in less than 10 minutes. My last words, make it your business to stop by this store, they are a wonderful staff that will save you in the long run. Thanks again folks.
