I go in a few weeks later after making calls to check on it and I am instructed to come to store because they had trouble finding me in system. Once there, I am told that my part had already been picked up. I never picked it up. No one could help me or reimburse me. I was told to call the store manager who repeatedly ignored my calls and never returned my calls after leaving multiple messages. They have definitely lost me as a customer permanently.

With Mr Jarett’s expertise, he noticed the issue right away and resolved it in less than 10 minutes. My last words, make it your business to stop by this store, they are a wonderful staff that will save you in the long run. Thanks again folks.
