I initially stopped at another Goodyear in the area, but their service bay couldn’t accommodate my vehicle because of the Thule carrier on my roof. They sent me over to this location and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I arrived, the team here was welcoming, professional, and ready to help. Landon was wonderful. He took great care of me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Even though I was redirected from another location, they made me feel completely taken care of without missing a beat. That kind of service matters. This is exactly why I stick with Goodyear. Also, being able to go anywhere and still receive consistent, reliable service gives real peace of mind, especially when you’re traveling full-time like I am. If you’re in Lafayette, LA and need service, this location at the mall is definitely the one to go to. And when you stop in, be sure to give a good hello to Landon.

The guys there told me to come on and they’d fix it asap. Not only that, the communication was top tier and they were adamant about ensuring me I’d be in and out. Just a great group of people to be around and do business with. Will definitely utilize them in the event I have another vehicle issue
