I didnt have to waste a lot of time waiting which made the situation easier. It helps a lot that the car rental was not stressful when you are already dealing with everything from a wreck.

I had a vacation planned for me and my kids and the first day we did not get to do anything at all because we did not get a vehicle until after 1pm at the Opelousas location “Sydni was extremely nice” I had to call around for another rental because the ambassador location would not help at all!!! I am highly upset!!! How can a reservation that was made months in advance not be available!!!
