  The selection of vehicle was good. I commute in a luxury vehicle and was given a luxury vehicle. Unfortunately my car was still in the shop when I drop my rental vehicle. The young man behind the desk that assisted was very friendly an assertive about remedying and issues. The only bad part of this experience is the lack of technological acceptance was subpar. In Louisiana, LA Wallet is accepted as a form of proof, yet Enterprise is behind in this type of technology.

  i definitely will be going back any time i need to rent a car!!! love how friendly and professional the staff was and provided me with all the information i needed.

  The car got us there and back but it was dirty and sounded bad. Also the location I reserved the car didn't have one at the time I reserved it so I had to drive 20 miles to a different location just to get a car. It was not a good experience.

  Poor rental facility. Called 7 times within 2 hours and waited on hold so long that the phone automation eventually hung up on me. Then I arrive at the facility at 1:35 pm during business hours and the door is locked and no one here to help me.
