  I was very pleased in switching out of one vehicle because it had three nails in the tire. The rental company did not disappoint. They put me in an updated vehicle and I was a happy camper!!! 😊

  It was horrible, we had a reservation to pick up the car at 8 AM and did not get a car until 9 AM because they didn’t have any cars ready. How do you not have any cars ready when that’s all that you do that is what your business is. If I could choose zero stars, I would but I have to pick at least one to post this

  Had a reservation, I get a call 30 mintues before telling me they have no cars. I ask to be transfered to another location, they cant do that. Call the other locations, sit through more answering machines, wait, only to be told no one has any cars. Go to the location, I see 3 cars and 4 trucks on their front lot. Any car works, but they cant give me any of these. I have an account, ive rented multiple times for insurance claims. When are they getting a return? They cant tell me. They tell me the call centers have no way of knowing if the lot actually has cars. Maybe tell them that before they make a reservation, and dont wait until 30 mintues before that reservation to call me and tell me you "have no cars", that "no one has cars", because I still have family to pick up from the other side of the state. Unhelpful, dishonest and shady through and through. You help no one and your actions perpetuate the culture of indifference and dishonesty your corporate office is known for, and your reviews will reflect that.
