  Yes, was not satisfied with my rental. I do work under the parish government and the umbrella government of elderly affairs and the vehicle I received was a non-smoking vehicle and smelled nothing but the marijuana. And I did ask the employee if she wanted to go and smell it herself and she did say no that she believes it so apparently this is not the first time they have this issue. I returns on the next business day to see if there was one that I was able to switch out and I was then there was none thought I would have received a call From one of the employees once there was a availability Ain’t no one contacted me since

  I liked the ability to get the vehicle I wanted during the time allotted. However, since the rental was due to a car accident in which I was NOT at fault, and because I lost my job and haven’t received payments for some past due invoices, my phone was cut off for a day and a half. Because of this, GEICO couldn’t extend the rental, as they tried, and I also received a certified letter stating the demand to return the vehicle as if I’d stolen it. Since I was told there wasn’t a problem just 4 days before when the adjuster assured me that he was having the vehicle extended, I was not only caught off guard but also put in a very awkward situation in addition to now being without a vehicle until mine gets fully repaired. I guess mg suggestion would be better communication with 3rd party companies so that both are more efficient and there will be less issues with upset customers in the future. As a consultant, that would be my “food-for-thought” lagniappe (pro bono) if I were to been asked my professional advice.

  Josh and Dylan were AMAZINGGGG! They answered all of my questions, made sure that I was comfortable and drove off in a clean and top notch car. The return went smoothly and was wonderful as well.
