  Before I took my car to this shop a mechanic at another one used an impact gun with the wrong socket size, completely rounded and melted my lug nut to the point I thought I was going to have to break the rims just to get a whole new wheel. John went the extra mile to get the correct tools necessary, replaced the damaged studs, installed the tires I brought in, and made sure everything was running smoothly in a small time frame. Forever grateful and appreciated all while charging a decent price not over taxing for labor. Everything was reasonable

  I called in advance to get my engine coolant flushed and filled and asked if they had the time and the correct coolant for Nissan which is a blue high mileage coolant. The guy said they had it and could do it that day. When I arrived he apologized and said they did not have it after all which means he did not check or was not honest. I said o.k. I'll come back tomorrow between 9 and 10. Came back the next day and he said it would take about an hour. 2 hours later nothing. I was going to check and he said they inspected my vehicle first. I had already told him my mexhanic performed an inspection already just 2 weeks prior when I had an alternator repair and I already knew the work I needes even before my mechanic took it. I've been diagnosing/trouble shooting mt own vehicles aince I was 14 years old and used to do my own work only now I have health issues and juat physically can't do it. I asked him to just change out the coolant nothing else as it would be redundant and time consuming. I already had to return after he swore he xould do the work the day before. And I had already told him I had somewhere else to be that day and the freeze was coming, would have been no problem if he would have done the night before like he promised. So he took a little over 2 hours for something he told me should not have taken more than an hour and added work that I know doesn't need doing. I really did not appreciate a vehicle inspection I already had done by my regular mechanic and with him I have to always leave it. That's something they could do but instead did some inspection I did not authorize and he claimed they had to do it which I know is not true. I told him if that were the case, you should have told me so and I wpuld have gone somewhere else. He tried to hand me a list of work they wanted to do and I just said I don't need it throw it away. He then put it on the bottom of my invoice and I needly folded the paper in such a way I could tear it off. I know not everyone knows about vehicles. I was fortunate enough to learn how to fix and trouble shoot cars through my Dad. Be careful when you go to a shop. If someone quotes you a price and it seems high or if you're suspicious of their motives, call other repair shops for 2nd amd 3rd opinions and even more so pricing! Any shop will give you prices on alleged needed work and parts!! Will NEVER go back to this location due to having to make 2 trips and more than doubling my time to just swap out coolant doing an unauthorized inspection. I realize now he probably decided he wanted me to come back to try and get me to do more services with them. If a customer gives you explicit instructions on what you can do to their vehicle, FOLLOW THEM NEXT TIME AND EVERY TIME. WONT BE ON MY VEHICLES THOUGH. YOU LOST MY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH THAT MOVE AND INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE!

  I will always use their services. Manager was awesome. I was given great, quality service. I have had horrible experiences prior to finding Tire Choice Auto Center. Thanks to all that serviced my vehicles. I so appreciate each and every one!!
