- LRLance RichardDec 1, 20251.0went in for a flat repair that I was told they couldn't repair because of the location of the bolt in it so I had to buy a new tire. The kid I dealt with told me multiple times their internet was down and he could take cash only for the 1 tire he had in stock that matched my size. He wanted $300 for it but when I went to leave, he went to the "manager" and knocked it down to $200. Online these tires go for around $200 so I'm glad I at least paid market value and not the $300 he wanted to charge. I was told that ironman tires were made by Goodyear and are rated for 65,000 miles, so I bought the tire so I could get back on the road. Since the internet was down, he couldn't give me a receipt. After researching the tires to get 3 more to have a matching set, they're NOT made by Goodyear and are only rated for 50,000 miles. They more than likely pocketed the cash I paid them and lied about everything I asked him. The only positive was they had me back on the road in about 30 minutes

They're also very knowledgeable because everytime I had a concern or question, it was immediately answered. Superb service. I wish all businesses would be like them and go beyond the call of duty to help or accommodate their customers.

From making the online appointment to the speed at which I was served was impressive. Aside from the sticker shock on the cost of a new battery (it’s been a while obviously) it was a great experience. Would highly recommend this location for all automotive needs.
