They have a bunch of coupons that make it seem like you're going to get a good deal. The staff is super friendly and when the coupons didn't work at the end they were nice enough to give me a 10% coupon that I didn't have. The technicians were really friendly from the beginning to the end and it didn't take too long. They did call me after it was diagnosed, which took about 20 minutes. then they said it should be ready in about 30 minutes, but it really took about an hour. None of that bothered me until after I got the price and asked chat GPT if it was reasonable. it said for that price they should have changed rotors too, you and I didn't need any changed. They also printed me an estimate sheet of prices to fix other issues they noted like leaking struts, but by then I realized how much they were overpriced and told them no thank you. So if money's not an issue, this is a good place to go. FYI... ChatGPT says the average price in Lafayette is $100 to $300. Before the 10% discount Tire Choice added, it would have been $300. This is just to replace rear brake pads, not rotors or anything to do with the front brakes. So if you're looking for the $100 brake job, you probably have to go to some small mechanic.
