  This weekend I had the pleasure of renting a Grand Wagoneer from National Car Rental, and the experience truly reflected National’s commitment to “Emerald Service” — fast, friendly, and efficient service that puts the customer first. From the moment I arrived, Jon, my customer service representative, embodied National’s mission of delivering an exceptional rental experience built on convenience, quality, and genuine care. Jon was absolutely charming — knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He assisted me both at pickup and return, making sure every detail was smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and warm demeanor turned a simple rental into a truly pleasurable experience. The Grand Wagoneer itself was outstanding — luxurious, powerful, and comfortable — and thanks to Jon’s guidance, I’m now seriously considering purchasing one. That speaks volumes about the level of service and product quality National consistently strives to provide.   I rented a vehicle from Lafayette Airport in Louisiana and Naomy was outstanding!! If you ever go to this location her professionalism will make your experience great!

  Some of the best service from this National team. At check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and kind. They checked me in and got me to my car quickly. The car was clean and in great shape. When I returned the car, the staff was friendly and asked if there were any issues with the car and if there was anything they could do to improve their customer service. All-around smooth and pleasant experience.

  I was in search of a pickup truck. Serched everywhere but was super disappointed until I found them! They not only had 1 option for the truck but gave me around 5 different trucks to choose from! Really liked the variety of cars they have. The car I rented was as new as brand new and was super clean inside-out! I think cost was a little bit high but they explained how the taxes we pay in the airporr are on the higher side. Overall, I think they are a good option to rent a car! Highly recommended!!
