Instead, when I got there, I was informed that someone had “deleted my information“ and had to give them my name, etc., all over again. They also lost the coupon code that I entered when I made the appointment. Plus it took over an hour for a simple oil change and rotate and balance tires. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
