    My wife got up this morning and with it being very cold I guess the battery got weak and I was at work so I called Enterprise to get roadside assistance and would you believe they wanted to charge me $55.00 to send someone to jump start their vehicle that isn't reliable evidently. So I had to leave work drive a 1/2 hour to go jump start their car. This is how y'all run a business, good way to lose customers.

    Came to pick up on 10/3/25 Justin was so helpful with everything and knowledgeable. Connor taught him very well . I love this location and the staff Carlos Justin and Connor are all great employees and deserve company recognition for their commitment everyday !!

    It was great and I enjoy my experience at the Pinhook location. All employees were nice and friendly, and strive to satisfy you. Thank you and all so try to rectify any problem if you had problems reach our first rental they are great
