HOWEVER, the Lincoln Navigator we purchased almost a week ago has been sitting at the Dealership LONGER than at our home! The first day we brought it home, it started having "glitches". The bar across the entire top of the dashboard that displays the speed, etc. started going out: Black-outs! We were driving down the interstate not knowing how fast or slow we were going! In addition to that, there was some type of panel that was just hanging from the bottom of the dash by the steering wheel. Really? We brought the Lincoln back and received a loaner. Now we find out that they have to order a part that will take about 4 days to come in. Then we'll have to wait until they get the opportunity to put the part in. Am I satisfied with our Navigator? NO. The Cadillac Escalades are looking really good right.

However, there seems to be frequent software updates. The wireless charging area stopped working so I scheduled an appointment, was told it was probably a simple software update and wouldn't take too long. Two hours into my appointment, service rep informed me it would be two more hours. I was pressed for time so the update was cancelled, and he told me it would update itself. Two days later, no update so rescheduled an appointment for two weeks later where, I'm told, it will be a 6 hour update. Also, while I was waiting, the sales person who sold me the car walked past me twice and also looked directly at me in the showroom and ever acknowledged me. I'm a bit disappointed with this type of customer service. Makes me not want another Lincoln!
