- LMLawana Mitchell2 days ago1.0On Monday Jan 5 I took my car in for an oil change. Prior too my Appt I had to jumpstart my 2025 Arcadia for a few days. I informed the Service Dept. about everything that was going on with my truck. Technican check my truck. He said my battery was good. Maybe it was module failure. He then said they were ordering the part and that my truck would be good to drive. Wednesday comes around. Truck unable to start again. I contacted Roadside to tow my truck back to the Dealership. Once again had my truck checked out. Now they are telling me my battery wasnt good. How can my battery be good On Monday and Wednesday it not good. Battery was changed on Wednesday here it is Saturday and my truck is unable to start again. Service Dept close.When I ask them to keep my truck until they find out whats wrong with it. My only means of transportation. Now my truck is broken and Im unable to go to work the weekend😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
