Come to find out it had been sent to the auction yard and had been there for several days. On my way home David called me and said he'd have the car back the next day for me. Sure enough lunch time the following day I was test driving my new to me vehicle and signing the paperwork. David made the whole process easy for me. No pushing or diverting. He just listened and gave me exactly what I asked for.

He really went to work to get us a great deal. We’ve previously purchased from Texas dealerships and the experience was not as good as Moss. This is our 6th BMW - we will be back to this dealership for our next one!
