I called the store at 8:50 PM And access the part was in, And the guy said yes I can come pick it up tomorrow morning because they’re about to close. So as of Wednesday, January 25, I went in the store at around 11:30 asking for the part and now they’re telling me the part not here. Now it’s coming in at 5 o’clock. So I’ll come in at 6 o’clock and he still telling me it’s not here and I’m asking for my money back And now they’re telling me it’s nothing they can’t do about it.

I do not need to know how to replace a fan belt, and I do not need any help doing any repairs, on my vehicle. I have been doing mechanic work for 50 years. I JUST NEED TO LOOK UP MY PARTS!!!!!!! When I type on my part, I need a response to that part. Not what ever the web sight things I may need. I know what I need. Just look up the part, as typed. Example rebuilt engine,,, crate engine,,, and yes, I put in my vehicle info first.
