  I am very disappointed with my visit today. I placed an online order to be fulfilled at this location and noticed it was taking hours with no update, so I decided to contact the store. After giving my name, I was informed that they were trying to refund my money because the location did not have what I ordered in stock, even though it said it was in stock online. I told them to have it shipped from another location to their store as I had no issues with waiting until they received it, which is something that I have had done many times before at other locations and i did not want to losemy discount. I never heard back from them that day to tell me if they could do that or give me an ETA. I checked my email the next day and noticed that I received an email saying my complete order was ready for pickup. Please note that it said my complete order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, it was not my complete order. I can not understand the incompetence involved that would not make you think to reach out and notify me if something is wrong before sending an email saying that my complete order was ready for pickup. I literally gave them my contact info and asked them to call if they had any issues. So they refunded a portion of my order, which those funds will not be seen for 3-5 business days, and I still had to purchase a cheaper version of what I needed in the store. The part that aggravates me most is that I had a discount for the bundle that I ordered and now I had to pay a lot more for one item that was cheaper than my original item due to that bundle discount not being effective for a single item. I will never do business with this location again due to their incompetence and wasting my time and money.
