  Very clean mid-size car & great customer service from manager! Appreciated the personal attention when I asked for help to review some of the car’s features. Will definitely use Alamo at this location, LFT, again. Thank you!

  Always record a full video walk-around before leaving with your rental. I pointed out damage on my vehicle to the Enterprise/Alamo employee at pickup, but they didn’t mark it down in their system. When I returned the car, they tried to hold me responsible for the exact same damage I had shown them earlier. Thankfully, I had a time-stamped video that proved the damage was already there. Without that, I would’ve been charged for something I didn’t do. This experience was extremely frustrating, and it shows the company needs a more reliable and transparent check-in/check-out process—one that protects the customer, not just the branch. Renters shouldn’t have to rely on their own evidence to avoid false claims. It felt like the burden of proof was on me instead of on their inspection system. If you rent from here, document everything. It can save you from a headache.

  I think Alamo here and people working in Alamo from the manager to the staff.. all been helpful and providing top tier services. i didnt request for any upgrade but they willingly offer me a upgrade for free. Car in Alamo never dissappoint. clean low milage and no issue compare to others competitor. i would like to give 10 star for their service from manager till their staff... absolutely amazing!!!... please keep it up!! you guys are amazing...write this trully and honesly from bottom of my heart...
