    Joni was very helpful with a problem that occurred early in the morning and didn't mind going the extra mile to help cleaning the little mess on my wheel.

    Everyone is always so nice and welcoming, but the vacuums don’t have suction. Over half of them always have trash stuck in them which is very aggravating having to move down each one until you find one that works. For how much we pay for a membership I wish they would clean the vacuums better. It’s my only complaint!
